The Orkla share is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code ORK. All shares have equal rights and the shares are freely transferable. Orkla has approx. 50,000 shareholders.
A 5:1 split in the Orkla share was carried out on 20 April 2007. The nominal value of the share was changed from NOK 6.25 to NOK 1.25.
