At Orkla, active ownership means primarily working through the board of directors for each portfolio company. This approach is supported by the collaboration between the chair, the responsible EVP, and the CEO. We don’t interfere with daily operations, but we provide challenges and support to help achieve common goals. Additionally, we contribute to projects outside the boardroom where we have relevant expertise, in close coordination with management.
